About the Author

An alumnus of IIT Delhi and a gold medallist from IIMA, Sachit Jain started his career with Unilever India as a management trainee. He has been working as Executive Director with the Vardhman group�with a turnover of around $800 million and 23,000 employees-for the last twenty years. He has headed project management, manufacturing, TPM, marketing and ERP implementation. He lives in Ludhiana with his family. This is his first book.
