Orchids And Gumbo Paperback – 1 January 2008

When Lizzie McGuire's teacher, Mr. Dig, asks all the girls in Lizzie's class to read a very special book, Lizzie is skeptical. But after she begins The Orchids and Gumbo Poker Club she's so totally inspired by the mother-daughter relationship in the story that she starts her very own club with her very own mother. Now you can read the book that Lizzie loved. This edition even comes with Lizzie's own personal comments, doodles, and thoughts in the margins. Plus, it includes a scholarly introduction by Persimmon Pursniketi, Ph.D., the professor who helped the world rediscover this "lost classic."
