About the Author

T S R Subramanian received his Master�s degree in Public Administration from Harvard University. He was a former cabinet secretary serving for the Government of India. In his days at the Indian Cabinet Ministry, the author had gone through various twists and turns due to the political scenario of the country. Therefore, he became an advocate of reformed governance. Apart from this book, the author has also written and published Journeys Through Babudom and Netaland: Governance In India.
