About the Author

<b>Thich Nhat Hanh</b> was one of the best-known Zen Buddhist teachers in the world. He was the author of numerous bestselling books. He lived in Plum Village, in southwest France, where he taught the art of mindful living. He passed away in Hue, Vietnam, in January 2022.<br><br> <b>Katherine Weare</b> is internationally known for her writing, speaking, research, and development work on mindfulness and compassion for children and young people and those who care for them. She advises various mindfulness projects, including the UK Mindfulness in Schools Project, the All Party Parliamentary Committee on developing mindfulness and well-being, and she is on the board of Mind and Life Europe. She lives in Somerset in the UK.
