About the Author

<b>Sona Bahadur</b> is an independent journalist with over twenty years of experience, author, and gastronomic travel expert. She has a master�s degree in magazine journalism from the University of Missouri and a diploma in Advanced Studies in Gastronomy from Le Cordon Bleu, Paris. She is the former editor of <i>BBC Good Food India</i>, India�s first international food magazine.<br><br> Working at the intersection of food, travel, culture, and media, Bahadur has designed and curated a culinary travel vertical for Cox & Kings as chief content officer, been a consulting editor for Le Cordon Bleu Online Learning, and taught food journalism at St. Xavier�s College, Mumbai, as a guest lecturer. She won the 2016 Le Cordon Bleu Scholarship for the Hautes Etudes du Go�t programme.
