About the Author
Dr. Murli Manohar Joshi, born on 5 January 1934, is one of the most erudite, articulate and learned politicians in the Indian political arena today. He began his career in the University of Allahabad after obtaining a Ph.D. in Physics at the young age of twenty-three and superannuated as Professor and Head of the Physics Department.
